Navy Federal revamps its Member Mall in time for Valentine’s Day

Navy Federal has revamped its Member Mall. Now known as “Member Deals” the updated online portal lets Navy Federal cardholders earn rewards at more than 900 retailers.

Ahead of Valentine’s Day, Navy Federal has overhauled its Member Mall. The updated online portal, now known as “Navy Federal Member Deals,” features more than 900 retailers and allows Navy Federal cardholders to earn up to 15 points per dollar or 15 percent cash back at more than 900 retailers, including department stores, travel merchants, hardware stores and much more.

The type of reward you receive through Member Deals will be based on the type of Navy Federal credit card you have. For example, cashRewards cardholders will receive cash back, Platinum cardholders will receive cash back in the form of a statement credit, and all other cards will earn points.

Earning rewards

With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, this is a great opportunity to save and/or earn extra points on flowers, candy and other gifts. For example, cardholders can earn 20 points per dollar at SendFlowers.com and 5 points per dollar at Simply Chocolate.

Along with bonus rewards, Member Deals give cardholders access to exclusive deals, the featured “deal of the week” and free shipping from select retailers.

Accessing Member Deals

To shop Member Deals, log in to your Navy Federal online banking account and select the credit card you wish to use from your “Account Summary.” Under “Rewards Points,” select “Member Deals.” From there, simply choose a merchant and start shopping.

Your rewards will post to your account as the merchant reports them – which may take up to eight weeks.

Are you eligible?

If you are a Navy Federal credit cardholder, you are eligible to participate in Member Deals. However, Navy Federal Business and Home Equity Line Visa Platinum credit cards and Navy Federal debit cards are not eligible.

To qualify for bonus rewards, you must make your purchase using your Navy Federal credit card and access the merchant link. You can may also purchase a retail gift card through Member Deals. While rewards are earned on purchases, they are not earned on taxes or shipping and handling fees.
