Navy Federal members who apply for a More Rewards American Express card between March 1 and Sept. 3, 2019, will receive a 30,000-point sign-up bonus after spending $3,000 in the first 90 days of account opening. Additionally, cardholders can enjoy a 1.99 percent introductory APR on purchases for six months through Sept. 3.
