She is a frequent contributor to Crain’s Chicago Business, and in 2006, wrote “Scarlett Rules,” a lighthearted life-lessons book based on her heroine, Scarlett O’Hara. Lisa holds bachelor’s degrees in history and journalism, and a master’s degree in linguistics. Before launching her freelance career, Lisa was managing editor of the late, great trade magazine, Restaurants & Institutions.
