Rewards Credit Cards - Reviews
Credit card rewards come in many forms -- from miles to cash back to points -- that can redeemed for a variety of goodies. Some cards offer large sign-up bonuses, others offer extra earnings on bonus categories. Some cards charge annual fees. All these differences can make it difficult to compare.
We've created a rating system to cut through the complicated details and compare cards on a similar basis. Our ratings take into account the estimated value of their rewards, the ease of redeeming rewards and special perks and benefits.

Cabela's CLUB Mastercard credit card
Last reviewed: January 8, 2020
Though longtime Cabela’s fans might be persuaded to sign up for the store’s branded credit card, they’re probably better served in sticking with its free CLUB Rewards loyalty program instead.
Expedia+ Card from Citi
Last reviewed: December 12, 2019
Fans of discount travel sites would probably be better served by a general rewards card in lieu of the Expedia+ Card, due to its low rewards rate and litany of restrictions on redeeming rewards points. This offer is no longer available on our site.
M&T Visa credit card with rewards
Last reviewed: February 22, 2019
A basic, no frills card with limited rewards, the M&T Visa card is a decent choice for balance-carrying cardholders who don’t mind foregoing extra benefits such as car rental insurance or price protection.
BBVA Select credit card
Last reviewed: November 13, 2019
One of our least favorite rewards credit cards, the BBVA Select credit card charges a surprisingly high three figure annual fee in exchange for mediocre rewards and limited benefits.

With an anemic rewards rate and a middling APR, the HSBC Mastercard ranks near the bottom of our list of travel cards. This offer is no longer available on our site.
