A May 2011 report from credit bureau TransUnion shows that the percentage of cardholders who are at least 90 days late with a payment to a bank-issued credit card continues to slide. The image below charts delinquency rates across the nation — as well as in the states with the highest and lowest delinquency rates, Nevada and North Dakota — since 2006.
