Access Chase Offers via the mobile app

Ahead of the holiday shopping season, Chase has launched Chase Offers in their mobile app – giving eligible cardholders access to a variety of special deals and discounts directly from their cell phone or mobile device. President of card marketing, pricing and innovation of Chase Card Services, Abeer Bhatia, explains, “We are making paying with Chase more rewarding and simpler for our customers so they can keep more of their hard-earned money when they shop at popular merchants.”

While Chase Offers are currently only available via the mobile app, they will be available through the Chase Pay app in December 2018.

Read on for what you need to know about Chase Offers, including what they are and how they work.

What are Chase Offers?

Chase Offers, which are tailored to individuals based on how they use their card, give cardholders access to exclusive promotions and discounts from more than 150 merchants, including department stores, restaurants, drug stores and more.

Because Chase Offers are added directly to your card, you can save money without using coupons, promo codes or vouchers when you shop.

How does it work?

To access Chase Offers, sign in to the Chase Mobile app and click on the offer of your choosing – this will activate the offer to your card. From there, simply use your card to pay for items with that retailer, in store, online or via mobile apps and wallets. A statement credit for the discounted amount will automatically be applied to your account in seven to 14 business days.
