Quick response (QR) codes
Quick response (QR) codes are a squarish, two-dimensional barcode that can be scanned into and read by electronic devices. Originally designed as a way to track vehicles on the assembly line, they are being used today in conjunction with smartphones cameras to obtain coupons or make purchases via credit card.
