With no bank account required and charging no monthly fee, the All-Access Prepaid MasterCard is an easily accessible product for all of a consumer's financial needs.  This prepaid card requires no credit check for approval, no upfront fee and no minimum balance. 

Cardholders can reload their All-Access Prepaid MasterCard an unlimited number of times, using a variety of options. Money can be loaded via free direct deposit, saving the cardholder both time and money, since they can avoid check cashing fees, as well as waiting in lines, making trips to the bank or worrying about lost checks. In addition, money can be also loaded via bank ACH transfers, at retail locations and through PayPal transfers.

Cardholders can use their All-Access Prepaid MasterCard at more than 30 million merchants across the globe that accept MasterCard prepaid debit cards.
