Discover Card site tops in usability By Ben Woolsey
DiscoverCard.com, the website for all Discover credit cards, has won kudos from its users in a recent survey of financial services websites. The survey, recently conducted by one of the nation's leading market research firms, ranked website design and features as they related to the overall user experience and level of ongoing satisfaction.
Of particular interest amongst its users was the ease of Discover Card's complimentary online bill payment portal, which allows cardholders to not only securely pay their existing credit card bill, but other bills as well.
Website usability is a challenging endeavor for financial services companies since they must provide so much information on a large array of products and services. However, at least in the credit card category, Discover Card seems to have found the right formula to attract and keep loyal users by enhancing their products' convenience with an excellent online experience.
Whether you have the Discover Miles Card, the Discover Gas Card or a Discover Platinum Card, Discover Card can make your online bill payment and other card-related tasks much easier. If you don't already have a Discover Card in your wallet, you may want to consider the many benefits of interacting with Discover online, in addition to the many benefits of their cards themselves.
